I lead courses on Environmental and聽Sustainability Education, Global Education聽and Outdoor Learning.聽
I have worked in a聽variety of contexts over thirty years including聽as a schoolteacher, teacher advisor, lecturer聽and researcher in a number of Higher Education Institutions.聽
I work across educational聽phases (Primary through to Higher聽Education); and sectors (formal-informal).
I promote聽intergenerational, lifelong聽and community-based learning.聽
I have a聽long-standing research interest in Place and聽Landscape as integrative concepts for learning;聽and have a particular interest in Ocean聽Literacy and Marine Citizen Science.
